Before assuming that your new remote is faulty please check that your batteries are good (ie not flat) and correctly inserted.
If your remote still doesnt work please email us with the part number of the remote control purchased (found on the packaging and your receipt) and the make and model of the product that your purchased it for.
We will then check if this is the correct remote control for your product. If it is we will either offer a replacement or refund. If you have ordered in error we will either offer an exchange or refund.
Please note that we will only exchange or refund items ordered in error within 7 days of receipt.
