IRC81600  There is a row of mode buttons along the top edge.  When using the remote control for TV use, the LED inside the TV button should be GREEN.  This indicates it is ready to operate your TV.  If the button is lit RED, it is ready to operate a Philips Hi-Fi tuner.

Accessing picture zoom and enhanced text services

In order to access some of the more important picture setup and enhanced text fuctions (identified in orange print), you first need to press the "F" button located on the bottom left hand corner of the remote control.
